I'm on vacation in sunny California (thank God, because the past five days of rain in NYC was pushing me to the edge), and as fate would have it, one of my favorite lines, Only Hearts is having a sample sale this weekend! When I got to the store, I was surprised to see brown paper in the windows and wondered if they were doing construction. Turns out, they turned the window displays into impromptu fitting rooms!
All the sale items have been moved to the front, and anything that's still full-priced is in the back and blocked off. This weekend is sample sale only, ladies! I'm really glad they did it this way because then there's no confusion at all as to what's on sale and what's not. There's shoes, accessories, jewelry in addition to the racks of camis, PJs, bralettes, and layerable dresses and skirts. Buckets of hipsters and briefs are organized by size and sit on top of shelves that house organic cotton pieces.
If you're in the LA area, definitely stop by and check out the sale. Most of the boutiques on Montana Avenue are going to be having sales tomorrow, so make a day of it and see what else you can find!
